Join SPAR this winter for a heart-warming Asahi session, an adaptive exercise that uses gentle stretches and light breathing and can be done either standing or sitting, followed by a relaxing Valentine-themed craft on Thursday, February 5^th, 2026, at the Houghton Baptist Church, located at 2801 West Sharon Avenue, in Houghton, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
