Kat Moyer is a disability advocate with SAIL, The Disability Network of the Upper Peninsula. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Human Services. Kat has over 5 years of experience helping others overcome barriers. She has lived experience with anxiety and overcoming the barriers that mental health challenges can create. This personal experience fuels her desire to strive and aid others in becoming the best version of themselves.

Kat’s message to others is, “You are not alone on this journey, it is okay to reach out to others for support.”
